Road closures announced for 32nd SEA Games 2023

The Phnom Penh Capital Administration on April 28, 2023 has issued notifications on the temporary avoidance of all types of vehicles for the 32nd SEA Games 2023 at Morakot Techo Stadium.

The Phnom Penh Capital Administration states that in order the the opening and closing ceremonies of the 32nd SEA Games 2023 at Morakot Techo Stadium to run smoothly, maintain security, safety, order and public order, Phnom Penh Capital Administration will temporarily suspend traffic around the venue

The program does not allow all types of vehicles to cross the section of Win Boulevard from the base of Prek Pnov Bridge to National Road 6 on May 05, 2023 and on May 17, 2023 until the end of the program for each day .

For the roads and boulevards that the delegation and the athletes have to cross, such as the section of National Road No. 6 (from the four Brahma roundabouts to the border of Phnom Penh), the section of the boulevard wins (from National Road No. 6 to Phnom Penh-Hanoi Friendship Blvd. and the Phnom Penh-Hanoi Friendship Blvd. (from Victory Blvd to Russian Federation Blvd. there will be traffic restrictions from the 3rd until May 17, 2023.
